At Urbanezy, we ensure fast and secure delivery of your orders. Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders. Order processing takes 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes 5-7 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order.

You can return or exchange your product within 15 days of purchase. Exchanges are available for size, color, or design, while products purchased under bundles or offers are eligible for size exchange only. Single products are eligible for return, and prepaid orders will be refunded within 48 hours after we receive the product. For COD orders, customers can share their bank details for a refund or choose store credit. Please ensure the product is unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging.
