Return and Exchange

At Urbanezy, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can choose to return or exchange your product within 15 days of purchase.

Eligibility

  • Exchanges:

    • Available for size, design, or color changes.

    • If the product was purchased under an offer or bundle (e.g., Buy 2 for ₹999), then only size exchange is allowed.

  • Returns:

    • Eligible for single product purchases.

    • A full refund will be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the returned product (only if payment method was prepaid).

    • If payment was made via COD, customers may:

      • Share their bank details via email for refund transfer, OR

      • Choose a store credit option.

  • Conditions:

    • Products must be unused, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.

    • All products are eligible for return/exchange, but special conditions apply on sale items and bundle offers.

Process

  1. Step 1: Email us at customer.urbanezy@gmail.com within 15 days of purchase.

    • If there is any issue with size or product quality, please attach clear images of the product in your email. This helps us resolve your concern quickly.

  2. Step 2: Our team will respond within 24 hours with next steps.

  3. Step 3: Once approved, ship the product back as per instructions shared.

  4. Step 4: Processing time for returns/exchanges is 4–5 business days after receiving the product.

  5. Step 5: Updates will be shared via the same email thread and delivery updates via WhatsApp.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are only processed for prepaid orders. COD orders are eligible for bank transfer or store credit.

  • Store credit will be valid for future purchases and shared with you via email.

  • Urbanezy reserves the right to refuse returns if the product does not meet the above conditions.
